Our therapists enjoy the benefits of a fully remote work setting, allowing for a flexible schedule while maintaining work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs accurately and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide effective therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families by employing diverse modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops, fostering community and shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and well-rounded patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to mental health emergencies and providing necessary support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will cater to a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health disorders. Each therapist will have the opportunity to support individuals from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent care and empowering clients in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure, either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and devising impactful treatment plans.

• Experience in individual and group therapy settings, especially with a variety of demographics.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
