Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new and existing patients and their families, ensuring that evaluations are thorough and aligned with best practices.

• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and resilience.

• Manage documentation meticulously, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specific time frames to ensure seamless operations.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to help patients maintain functional stability during tough times.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans in collaboration with patients and their support networks to ensure continued care post-therapy.
\n
• Stay up-to-date and compliant with federal and state legislation, regulatory standards, as well as Impireum's internal policies for ethical practice.

• Engage in continuous learning through training and professional development opportunities, as well as participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to promote knowledge sharing.

• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training courses as mandated by the state and regulatory bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges. The patient population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions requiring skilled therapeutic intervention. This role requires an empathetic approach to help clients navigate their unique difficulties while focusing on their strengths and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is required, ensuring eligibility for licensure.

• Licensure: You must hold a valid mental health therapy license in the State of Texas (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is highly desirable, as it will help you quickly adapt to our digital platform and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
