Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and refine therapeutic goals, regularly tracking their progress throughout treatment.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual meetings or may face challenges accessing traditional in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and administrative standards to ensure quality care delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on current best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
