Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance from the comfort of your own home. While you will have an established schedule, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasions where flexibility is necessary to accommodate patient needs. Our telehealth facility employs the latest technology and tools to enhance virtual therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and challenges, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver impactful interventions to clients, both individually and in groups.

• Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to help patients navigate through common mental health concerns while fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated, holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and guidance during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely support.

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
