Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to design pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, as well as risk assessments and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and approaches to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Act as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and local community partners to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's overall operational success.

• Represent the organization at statewide meetings, task forces, and committees, promoting our mission and securing potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and live with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and issues stemming from developmental disabilities.
