Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, integrating therapeutic methods that are evidence-based and individually focused.

• Create and implement crisis intervention strategies, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans as necessary.
