Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, building therapeutic relationships designed to enhance clients' mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure is mandatory, allowing independent practice without supervision. Acceptable licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills are essential, along with experience managing a personal caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on full-time commitment, with an option for part-time work at approximately USD 52,000 per year.
