Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status and safety, and respond to any immediate concerns or changes in conditions.

• Implement risk identification protocols tailored for vulnerable populations, including those exhibiting suicidal tendencies, potential for violence, or other high-risk behaviors.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and other clinical interventions to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to collaboratively develop discharge plans, ensuring patients are fully supported through transitions in care.
\n
• Engage in post-discharge follow-up to track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
\n
• Plan and facilitate psychoeducational groups, process groups, and individual therapy sessions that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while participating in regular review meetings to evaluate effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting therapy sessions and collaborating with team members.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
