Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine client mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Engage in coordinated care by collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, applying interventions with empathy and professional judgement.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
