Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients' mental health needs via telehealth platforms, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes as an active member of a collaborative care team, consistently documenting findings and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide comprehensive support to families to enhance the emotional and developmental well-being of children, actively engaging caregivers in the therapeutic process.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, outlining clear, actionable strategies rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each family.

• Establish strong rapport with clients, families, and team members to create a trusting environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Resourcefully utilize the coaching model and techniques of natural environment teaching to promote practical skill development, ensuring interventions are applicable in real-life scenarios.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Counseling Hub, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and their families. Your focus will be on helping clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges through individualized care that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
\n
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, providing direct services to clients.
\n
• Must possess a current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, or be in progress.
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage case documentation and billing in alignment with best practices.
\n
• A self-motivated individual who can independently initiate and expedite action related to client treatment and administrative tasks.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for providing mental health counseling is highly desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care is preferred.
