Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in virtual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools, conducting individual counseling aimed at improving clients' mental health.

• Facilitate discussions around clients' emotions and life experiences, guiding them to develop insights that strengthen their understanding of their mental health conditions.

• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining realistic and achievable goals tailored to their needs.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions through initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and minimal administrative documentation to ensure compliance and optimize client care.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who are stable and within low acuity ranges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they match the services we provide and that they are ready to engage in the therapeutic process. By focusing on moderate mental health concerns, your work will significantly contribute to enhancing their quality of life and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active independent license from the state board, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate mental health conditions and formulate actionable treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a nurturing and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient in using technology for online therapy sessions and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in teletherapy, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
