Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to create a sense of community among patients, addressing common mental health concerns and fostering peer support.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated patient care that meets all aspects of mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering timely and compassionate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation while remaining compliant with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
