Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a broad range of mental health challenges. This role requires an understanding of developmental milestones, co-occurring disorders, and the complexities associated with different life stages. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, is required.

• You must hold an active and valid license in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in providing mental health therapy to a diverse population is mandatory.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and knowledge of therapeutic modalities suitable for remote counseling is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $122,000 annually, which is contingent on your experience and caseload.
