This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still serving clients effectively. You will engage in ongoing training and professional development through virtual meetings and staff conferences. Our organization prioritizes mental wellness, providing you with a flexible work schedule typical of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment plans for clients dealing with both acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients’ needs to create tailored strategies that foster healing and personal growth.
\n
• Facilitate outpatient psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic modalities best suited to the client’s needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records, documenting client treatment, progress, and complying with state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality virtual care while leveraging technology to connect with clients effectively.

• Engage actively in departmental on-call rotations when required, contributing to the overall support of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on older adult clients who often face unique mental health challenges. You will work to foster a supportive environment that addresses their concerns, including depression, anxiety, and the stresses associated with aging. Your role will be crucial in providing these individuals with the tools and strategies they need to navigate life changes and maintain social connections.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT) in California is essential; applicants must possess an independent license as associates are not billable under Medicare.
\n
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to practice empathy and active listening with diverse client backgrounds.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with telehealth software to manage and document client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
