Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and provide education around common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that maximizes recovery outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources for further support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular case consultations, clinical team meetings, and continuous professional development to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders, along with strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
