Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your workload while creating a balanced work-life environment. You'll be part of a community health clinic structure, collaborating virtually with like-minded professionals dedicated to making positive impacts in the lives of their patients. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments through empathetic listening and guided questioning, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methodologies, ensuring each client receives the most appropriate treatments for their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices to keep client information secure.

• Engage in collaboration with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and contribute to peer review meetings to ensure high standards of care and continuous personal and team development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support to navigate their health journeys.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, studies, and methodologies in the mental health field to enhance treatment effectiveness.

This position allows you to work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet individual client needs effectively.
