Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, leading family, marriage, and group counseling sessions.

• Implementing mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determine the treatment requirements of our diverse client base.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of client progress and therapy strategies in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adolescents, families, and individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Your role will emphasize not just treatment, but the uplifting of clients' lives, providing them tools to achieve a brighter future while strengthening their support systems.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• A current and valid license to practice in your respective field (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

• A deep understanding of the current best practices, methodologies, and evidence-based approaches in individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n
