This position is fully remote, providing a flexible work environment that accommodates a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive the support they need. Our telehealth facility allows counselors to engage with clients in a safe, comfortable, and accessible manner. With operating hours from 7 am to 10 pm seven days a week, our counselors can schedule sessions that suit both their preferences and their clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that accommodate diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
