Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions.

• Manage crisis situations by creating and implementing pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to assess client needs and outcomes.

• Engage actively in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and organizational excellence.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to advocate for client needs and enhance program visibility.

• Foster open communication with all stakeholders to promote our mission and facilitate effective collaborations.

• Collaborate with the Clinic Director to perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the goals and operations of the clinic.
