Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular psychotherapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology to support their emotional, mental, and behavioral health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our reliable electronic documentation systems.

• Administer comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to determine clients' treatment needs and devise personalized therapy plans.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when working with clients facing behavioral challenges, adapting strategies to meet their unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals, families, and groups affected by a variety of mental health disorders. This may include treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will play a crucial role in fostering healing and personal growth among adolescents and their families, helping to build strong, supportive relationships that can create lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health services, including working with individuals facing co-occurring disorders, participating in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology in counseling sessions to ensure effective client engagement.

• Strong understanding of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
