Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial client assessments to understand their mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions employing diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address a variety of mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) authorization to practice in New York.

Vibrant Soul Recovery Facility offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
