In this outpatient remote role, you will enjoy the balance of working from home while being part of a collaborative and innovative team. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that enhances work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and various other mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with their personal needs and aspirations.

• Guidance in utilizing coping strategies and provide resources to clients and their families, fostering long-term mental health management.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide holistic care solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of services across disciplines.

• Stay updated on the latest evidence-based treatments and mental health research trends, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for treating clients in Binghamton and surrounding areas, helping them navigate through difficult life transitions, emotional turmoil, and other psychological hurdles, ultimately supporting their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active New York State license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
