Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding and experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teammates.

• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.
