Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Lightfull Mind, our clients range from adolescents to adults with diverse backgrounds and a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other co-occurring medical conditions. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will focus on providing tailored interventions that respect the unique circumstances and cultural aspects of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.

• Demonstrated experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and strengthen therapeutic alliances.

• Meticulous organization and adherence to ethical guidelines while maintaining client confidentiality in all interactions.

• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems; experience with telehealth platforms is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
