Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to identify challenges and formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Respond to acute crises by delivering immediate support, implementing crisis intervention strategies, and ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous client records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results while adhering to ethical regulations and confidentiality standards.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with other professionals in our network to coordinate care and ensure clients are receiving well-rounded support.

• Educate clients and their support systems about mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and accessibility to support services.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, training sessions, and relevant literature, ensuring familiarity with evolving best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Enlightened Essence, you will work with a diverse client base from Rochester and surrounding areas. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our objective is to empower clients to seek sustainable solutions and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a proven track record in successful therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building trust and rapport with clients.

• A demonstrated ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• While two years of experience is required, preference may be given to candidates with a background in outpatient care or experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or couples.

Compensation and Benefits\n
