Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s programs. This involves offering guidance on clinical practices, ethical considerations, and personal development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and adapting therapeutic approaches based on evidence-based practices.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment strategies for clients.

• Play an active role in crafting and implementing treatment plans that are client-centered and goal-oriented. Monitor and adjust these plans based on regular feedback and clinical observations.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and session notes, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and role performance.
