Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings through virtual tools to determine patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Offer short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services via teletherapy, addressing a variety of concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics.

• Design and facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops targeting specific issues, such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists, medical professionals, and community organizations, to ensure holistic care and effective communication across disciplines.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns and wellness workshops tailored for different age groups and backgrounds.

• Keep meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions and progress, adhering to ethical standards and organizational protocols.

Your primary focus will be on serving youth and families who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Proven expertise in handling a variety of mental health issues commonly seen in community practices, particularly with youth and families.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients and collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, brief therapy models, and telehealth methods suitable for remote therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment while managing a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
