Work Environment\n

This position will be performed remotely, allowing you to create a personalized workspace that best suits your needs. We embrace flexibility and provide a 40-hour workweek, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our remote setting is designed to promote productivity while supporting work-life balance. You will receive ongoing support from your colleagues and supervisors through digital communication channels and regular virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, administering crisis intervention and follow-up care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
\n
• Determine the appropriate level of mental health care for patients by coordinating their dispositions, which may include referrals to specialized services.
\n
• Prepare and complete all necessary statistical reports to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of our mental health programs.
\n
• Collaborate with the Department of Correction to ensure that incarcerated patients receive timely access to mental healthcare, proper housing, and appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Lead group therapy sessions in various settings, including mental health observation units, promoting a therapeutic and supportive group environment.
\n
• Participate in clinical supervision with your Clinical Supervisor at least once a week to enhance your professional development and ensure adherence to best practices.
\n
• Engage actively in case conferences and treatment planning for patients, reinforcing your commitment to providing holistic care.
\n
• Occasionally conduct psychological testing to assess mental health conditions, as necessary.
\n
• Supervise social work interns or student volunteers, mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals.
\n
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Unit Chief, Assistant Unit Chief, and/or Clinical Supervisor to support team objectives.

In this role, you will work with patients of all ages, offering mental health services to individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping patients navigate their recovery journeys by providing tailored strategies and support, underpinned by our clinic's foundational belief in hope and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment while maintaining high ethical and professional standards in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience conducting mental health evaluations and crisis intervention is highly desirable.

• Experience leading group therapy sessions and collaborating with correctional facilities is a plus.

• Proficiency in electronic patient management systems and familiarity with telehealth practices are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
