Work Environment\n

Working in a remote telehealth environment, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that the needs of our patients are met. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of flexibility required based on patient availability and urgent situations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients’ individual needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group therapy settings, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
