Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs; develop tailored treatment plans based on these findings.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships and effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.

• Cultural competence is essential; you should be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and communities.
