Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at The Process Recovery, you will work primarily with adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more complex mental health disorders. Your role will be crucial in adapting therapeutic strategies to fit the varied needs of this diverse patient population, ensuring culturally sensitive and inclusive care at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• Must hold an active license in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
