Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be facing significant life stressors, trauma, or chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active independent licensure, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, in California is required; additional licenses in multiple states will be considered a strong asset.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively and independently.

• Recent experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or comparable evidence-based practices, particularly in addressing common mental health issues like depression and anxiety.

Compensation and Benefits\n
