This position involves a telehealth work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort and safety of your own home. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those struggling with co-occurring disorders that intertwine psychological issues with physical health concerns. You will work closely with patients suffering from chronic pain, substance abuse, and serious medical conditions, providing vital support that addresses both their psychiatric care and medical needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the complex mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Prior experience in integrated care settings, collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum required experience is two years, candidates with additional experience in integrated mental health and medical care settings or those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care or substance use disorders will be highly regarded.
