EvenCare Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to join our full-time integrated care team. This role will primarily focus on providing high-quality mental health therapy via telehealth, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives from the comfort of their own homes.

Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that thoroughly evaluate patients' psychiatric conditions, factoring in any relevant medical histories that may inform treatment choices.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary medical providers to develop and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, addressing both mental health and medical concerns.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions align with patients' personal goals.

• Respond promptly to mental health emergencies by providing crisis intervention, ensuring patients receive immediate support in critical situations.

• Empower patients by educating them about the relationship between their mental health and overall physical health, enhancing their ability to manage both conditions.

• Ensure diligent documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies within the framework of interdisciplinary care.

• Engage in ongoing education and staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in integrated care therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at EvenCare Counseling Center, you will work primarily with patients presenting with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role will be critical in providing support and therapeutic interventions that enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain professional relationships with a diverse patient population.

• Demonstrated competence in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with complex co-occurring conditions.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as other digital tools critical for telehealth.

• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary clinical team.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focused on integrated care is preferred. Experience collaborating with medical professionals to develop holistic care plans will be particularly valuable in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
