Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering each patient's unique medical background to identify how these may affect their mental health.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to support the mental health growth of each client.

• Actively coordinate with medical providers to ensure patients receive holistic care and achieve meaningful treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, helping patients navigate acute challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse group of individuals experiencing mental health issues alongside medical conditions. Our client focus is on providing tailored care for those with complex needs, recognizing that effective treatment requires an understanding of both mental and physical health. Our patients may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other significant psychological challenges who also have chronic medical issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated ability to assess and address mental health needs in patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Commitment to ethical practice, including maintaining professional boundaries and securing client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
