Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis situations, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as outlined by the clinical team to accurately gauge client needs and track progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of our practice.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance care access and support coordination.

• Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, promoting agency mission alignment within the community.

• Develop and sustain relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to expand program reach and secure new partnerships.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences and workshops, representing Molina at statewide meetings and committees relevant to mental health.

• Champion the values, philosophy, and mission of Molina Behavioral Health Center through all interactions and tasks.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with our mission.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
