Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments aimed at ensuring client safety and welfare.

• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance and quality in care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools developed by the clinical team to objectively assess client needs and monitor progress.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client requirements.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold and enhance our service quality.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure integrated service delivery and community outreach.
\n
• Maintain open and effective communication with team members and external partners to meet contractual obligations and further our organizational mission.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our services and explore potential partnerships or funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through conferences, workshops, and participation in state-level meetings to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

• Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with enhancing service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients at various stages of their mental health journeys. Our clients range from those seeking recovery from substance use to individuals coping with developmental and cognitive challenges. Your clinical input will be crucial in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field, such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is required.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health or a similar setting is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidenced-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
