Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that incorporate an understanding of the patients' co-occurring medical conditions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that skillfully integrate mental health strategies with necessary medical interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing mental health challenges in conjunction with medical conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use disorders. Our center aims to provide a nurturing and safe environment where patients can openly discuss their struggles and seek the help they need to achieve a healthier state of well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience in managing mental health care for individuals with complex, co-occurring conditions.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
\n
• Capability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and preserving patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and digital tools for efficient practice management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Prior experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to create cohesive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
