Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that incorporate a thorough understanding of patients' medical histories and current medical conditions affecting their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals facing complex mental health needs associated with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use issues, and chronic pain. You will play a vital role in helping patients manage their challenges, offering compassionate and effective care that enhances their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health issues, particularly for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships with patients and work collaboratively with colleagues.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and proficiency in maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Competence using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
