Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with best practices in mental health to ensure tailored care. You will be expected to implement pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies as well as state and federal requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as directed by the clinical team, enabling data-driven decision-making for your clients.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, providing consultation and insight to enhance program effectiveness and client engagement.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our practices continue to uphold the high standards expected within the mental health community.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems, enhancing resource availability for clients.
\n
• Establish open communication with community members to promote the agency’s mission and effectively meet contract standards.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and task forces that promote knowledge sharing and growth.

• Uphold the agency's mission, philosophy, and values in all client interactions and organizational activities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse range of clients dealing with mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, those facing developmental disabilities, and individuals with traumatic brain injuries. You will leverage your clinical skills to create safe spaces where clients feel understood and empowered to work through their unique issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License is essential for this position.
