Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work arrangements while maintaining full-time hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs through interviews and diagnostic techniques.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet specific client goals and objectives.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, to effectively engage clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure cohesive and holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, as well as those facing emotional crises, trauma, and mental health issues. You will work with diverse populations, providing tailored support and intervention strategies to facilitate recovery and resilience. Your role is critical in delivering immediate assistance and preventive measures, including trauma-informed care and suicide risk assessment.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
