Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to accurately identify their mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Provide targeted counseling sessions aimed at helping clients set and achieve personal mental health goals while promoting resilience and coping strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest practices and methodologies in mental health counseling to continuously enhance the quality of care you provide.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication via designated electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization when a client’s needs may extend beyond your expertise, ensuring comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
