Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments within 24 hours of client admissions to gather critical information for effective treatment planning.

• Establish therapeutic rapport with clients shortly after admission to foster trust and openness.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans and integrated treatment summaries, detailing individualized goals and timelines for each client within three days of their admission.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions three times a week, ensuring each session aligns with the therapeutic objectives outlined in the treatment plan.

• Conduct conjoint family therapy sessions at least once weekly, engaging family members in the therapeutic process to promote healing and understanding.

• Lead professional and multi-family groups, providing valuable insights and facilitating discussions that resonate with the experiences of participants.

• Work collaboratively with insurance providers to furnish necessary clinical documentation that supports client coverage and treatment plans.

• Develop client-specific treatment goals and write contracts that address each client's unique circumstances.

• Prepare and facilitate discharge summaries, ensuring clients are equipped with aftercare plans that continue their support post-treatment.

• Maintain appropriate accessibility for family members seeking updates or involvement in their loved one's treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Renovate Family Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 71,000 – 102,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
