This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while connecting with clients through virtual platforms. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, strengths, and challenges, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster community connections and help address common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure cohesive patient care, actively participating in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards through accurate and confidential documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington state.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop practical treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting to diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries.

• Comfort with navigating EHR systems and utilizing technology effectively for client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
