Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health statuses of clients, focusing on their symptoms of mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to their care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address symptoms and promote coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, facilitating discussions that empower them with knowledge about treatment options and self-care practices.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout treatment, making timely adjustments to their care plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Work closely with our psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the integration of psychological and pharmacological treatment approaches.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, particularly in the area of mood disorders, actively incorporating new strategies into your practice.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
