Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, documenting the severity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans catered to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, using a client-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in sessions, adapting techniques as needed based on each client's progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and support.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in accordance with their evolving needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to inform your therapeutic strategies effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans adhering to industry standards.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
