This position is fully remote, enabling our counselors to deliver therapeutic services from the comfort of their own homes while remaining connected with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify and articulate psychological disorders, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized intervention and management plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, facilitating their journey in overcoming challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries while ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Implement therapeutic techniques utilizing both in-person and telehealth formats, adapting approaches based on client preferences and needs.
\n
• Regularly measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, revising treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Enhance professional knowledge by staying current with advancements in mental health treatments, attending training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.

• Create a trusting and supportive counseling environment that encourages client openness and engagement in their therapeutic process.

• Provide clients with relevant resources and information to support their mental health journey outside of therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse array of clients dealing with varying mental health challenges including, but not limited to, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their challenges with empathy and expert care, helping them to set and achieve personal goals that lead to improved mental wellness and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work is essential (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Demonstrated expertise in various psychotherapy modalities with a strong grasp of a wide array of mental health diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• Adept at navigating a fast-paced work environment while balancing multiple client needs.
