Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential mental health services. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain up-to-date and detailed clinical records, documenting patient histories, assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress towards outcomes.

• Actively collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients, sharing insights on their psychosocial stressors.

• Educate and support clients and their families about available community resources and services that address their specific needs and challenges.

• Work within a crisis-driven environment, demonstrating knowledge and sensitivity to issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and significant mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundation in counseling principles, alongside effective clinical judgment and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
