Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into each patient's individual experiences, allowing for the creation of tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic interventions, customized to meet the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of your patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing resilience and addressing mental health concerns in a supportive setting.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive patient care.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to empower them in their journey.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic health record (EHR) system, respecting confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with a demonstrated capacity to maintain composure during challenging situations.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technological tools pertinent to mental health documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
