This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration among team members. Although team members primarily work from home, they can engage with a comprehensive multidisciplinary team, consisting of therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists, ensuring holistic care for our clients. Regular meetings and virtual consultations will facilitate continuous support and communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, enabling the formulation of effective treatment plans that cater to individuals and their specific circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to support individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals within the clinic to coordinate care, ensuring that treatment plans are effectively executed and adjusted as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention and stabilization support for clients experiencing acute distress, leveraging your skills in crisis management to navigate complex situations.

The clientele consists of diverse populations, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Qualifications\n
